2-4-04  Underage Alcohol Compliancy Crisis 1 in 25 vendors adheres to the law, while 24 other Alcohol outlets sell alcohol to kids.

That sure is a different than the results published and praised for St. Tammany Parish, Region 9 of the state,  in "Underage Drinking Compliancy" 2002 alcohol compliancy reports!  Also, 76% of Students in the 12th Grade in this area are reporting Alcohol use.

More on the death of this LSU Student, from a home with parents in recovery, a fine young man, baseball coach, dedicated son, and big brother, left his community of Franklin LA, to attend school at LSU--One night he made a decision to drink, and had a fake ID to buy alcohol, he had no idea of the risks he was taking, that people can and do actually die from alcohol poisoning.
