2-4-04  Underage Alcohol Compliancy Crisis.  1 in 25 vendors adheres to the law, while 24 other Alcohol outlets sell alcohol to kids.

That sure is a different than the results published and praised for St. Tammany Parish, Region 9 of the state,  in "Underage Drinking Compliancy" 2002 alcohol compliancy reports!  Also, 76% of Students in the 12th Grade in this area are reporting Alcohol use.
