Rep. Alex Heaton helped to kill HB 163. He was the leader of the fix that derailed the legislation without even a vote. Rep. Landrieu authored and suppored a 12 cent tax on tobacco but would not even show up to support a 1.5 cent tax on alcohol. Why?
