These signs were all over the crowd- and really gave everyone a sense of "Speaking Out"from the crowd!
Curstin came from Franklin Louisiana to share her memories of her brother, and the loss of his life at 19 years old, an LSU Honors Student, who died the 4th time he drank alcohol--HB 1535 is in his memory. No doubt Cory was an amazing young man, just listening to his sister-spoke volumes! Courageous young lady! Thank you Curstin!

Maralon was a great help this year, she is getting involved in advocacy at the grass-roots level, and we are really grateful! Thanks Patsy, Maralon, and Dana, at the LASACT office! (They are the trade group for Substance Abuse Counselors in Louisiana, and great friends to HopeNetworks)
