"A religion true to its natures must also be concerned about man's social conditions. Religion deals with both earth and heaven, both time and eternity. Religion operates not only on the vertical plane but also on the horizontal. It seeks not only to integrate men with God but to integrate men with men and each man with himself

OUR VISION  also see Our Purpose

HopeNetWorks.org,
exists to support communities in taking action to improve their quality of life, through a shared national  network, and collaborative effort, supporting  policy makers in reducing the; poverty, crime, illiteracy rooted in untreated addiction communities are facing.   These efforts alone, assist in creating real prosperity for all of us,  supporting the development of a healthy environment that brings benefit to all.
Supporting Change and Growth
We are a movement of people and organizations encouraging individuals to remove dependence on state systems.  We support efforts  by policy makers in providing an avenue:  treatment, job skills, living skills,  and retraining programs that develop wage earning independence for those who otherwise are doomed to drain state budgets while remaining trapped in the cycle of our nation's number one healthcare issue, addiction.

Addiction is a disease

Alcohol, and other illicit drug abuse and dependence pose enormous problems in our daily lives.  We believe that there is need for truth in identifying this problem, if we are to move forward in solutions.

The perceptions of  many today, fail to recognize that millions of people need help for a treatable illness.  This untreated epidemic  carries great impact on our communities.  For so long the impact has been the focus, the results of this untreated epidemic produce incarcerations, children in foster care, domestic abuse and violence, related illness such as HIV/Hep C, the list could go on and on.  The social ills and clean up have been our society's focus, with little time or effort to build true collaboration.

HopeNetworks
This entire concept was founded to support the idea,  that together we can do what no one of us can alone, the same principle that actually founded the recovering community more than 65 years ago.

We want to identify problems and issues, and outline a path of action to solutions.  We need you, your community, your friends, and family, to deliver information, education, and resource in efforts that comprehensively tackle the nations number one public health issue, Addiction.

Together
Together, we are seeing this movement grow, a network driven directly to those with a passion to improve systems, and  delivering hope, to real people, in real communities.
